The company started its business operation in 1983 named BSA Garments at Gosaildanga, Chittagong. Initially the company used to bring order of garment products from local buying house. Later it also started to bring order from the buyers of WALMART, USA.

The company also owned manufacturers factory BSA Apparels Ltd, BSA Fashion Ltd, Vanguard Dresses Ltd, Vanguard Fashion Ltd, Vanguard Fashion Ltd, Vanguard Packages Ltd, Vanguard Washing Ltd, Glare Trading, Royal Cement Ltd, Royal P.P Bag Ltd etc.
