SI GROUP HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED IN 1998. COMPRISING OF SHIPPING, NVOCC, FREIGHT FORWARDING & TRADE ASSOCIATES.

SI Group started its activities in shipping in 1998 as local representative of polish national line under the banner of BS Cargo Agency Ltd. As pioneer in shipping management in Bangladesh, SI Group represented by a highly skilled shipping professionals capable of handling all types of vessel both Chittagong and Mongla Port.

SI Group is one of the leading NVOCC operations in Bangladesh. To be an effective NVOCC operator SI Group concentrates in regional container trade serving around Far East ports, Indian sub continent, UAE etc. The extensive network of service with able support from overseas partners, the yearly turn over of SI Group in intra region container shipping is about 15000 TEUS.

In addition to shipping and NVOCC, the group is also involved in Logistic business through organic growth as well as through strategic partnership and alliances. The group operates as total transport services in all form of international land, Sea and Air freight movement as reliable door to door service for all types of cargo on a world wide basis. Whether FCL or LCL we can offer security and economy of a single operator bearing total responsibility for goods and representing customers interest every step on the way. The groups buying power allow us to negotiate the best possible rates with carrying lines. Our consolidation services give considerable saving in landed cost to exporters and Importers and regular departure support the “Just in time” principle.

Over the years the group has been able to achieve a well respected and well recognized “SI” brand through professional and valid service to its customers. The group is confident to grow further with its prudence and diversification in 2007, the group recoded a yearly turnover amounted to TK. 20 (Twenty) Million which is likely to be increased in the year 2008.
