K-Securities & Consultants Ltd is the Corporate Member (Member No:122) of Dhaka Stock Exchange, Bangladesh. Has started its operation in 2004. It’s a dream of the founder Managing Director Late Engr. Md. Kamal Uddin to establish a better organization with a difference to serve the stock investor of this country. 

Since 2004 it has been operating the business being a transparent and customer focused broker and received an overwhelming response from investors. The management has a very progressive mindset taking new initiative to give better service to the investor. 

On 2007 K-Securities & Consultants Ltd has introduced the first online Trading (order management) site over internet. This has given the investor a new way of trading and comfort. Through this an investor can trade from anywhere and anytime (order Submission) using internet.

Also introduced the automated online IPO application process to facilitate the IPO investor.

Is the first broker to introduce Electronic Fund transfer using The City Bank to pay our valuable investor directly to their account. It reduces the hassle of collecting any cheque from office or authorizing someone to collect it.
