The proposed multi?storied industrial building is owned by CRAFTSMAN Footwear and Accessories LTD. situated at Jugirchit, Kaoraid, Sreepur, Gazipur. The building consists of 3 dedicated product on areas at 3 individual floors. Ground floor provides 3 separate entries each with particular use? one serving as the main entrance, one as service entry and a dedicated loading dock. 50% of the total area of ground floor is dedicated for product on unit and rest of the area is used for storage and other service functions. In case of 1st and 2nd floor, 85% of the floor area is for production unit.
