J.K. Spinning Mills Ltd. has an enviable business history of over six decades. From the modest start in 1958 with formation of J.K. Brothers – a leading export house of textile products to Far East, West and East Africa, North America, Latin America and Europe.

The Group established its first spinning unit comprising 14,400 spindles in 1987. The small unit today has spinning capacity of around about 201,550+‬ spindles and stitching daily capacity of 2,500,000 meters.

J.K. Spinning Mills Ltd. started implementation of its 4th Spinning Unit to enhance its capacity to 202,084 spindles.

Spinning Capacity of J.K. Spinning Mills Ltd. was gradually enhanced to 139,176 spindles.

J.K. Fiber Mills Ltd. Having 47,832 spindles merged into J.K. Spinning Mills Ltd.

J.K. Sons (Pvt.) Ltd. merged into J.K. Fibre Mills Ltd.

Spinning capacity of J.K. Fibre Mills Ltd. was enhanced to 47,832 spindles.

J.K. Sons (Pvt.) Ltd. incorporated as a private limited company on 11/10/1994 to deal in exports of grey, bleached, dyed & printed fabric and home textile products.

Shahid Textile Mills Ltd. started its commercial production with spinning capacity of 21,120 spindles in 1992.
